Smoke house renovated in Southwold, the main house is now linked right through to the smoke house, with the building being fully re-roofed throughout.
During the renovation a dry well was discovered on site, the original honeycomb brickwork was cleaned and re-pointed and a time capsule installed into floor of well. A plate glass top covers and protects the well providing a visual feature.
The customer was so happy with the work that he had a stone mason carve a stone plaque (seen here left, and above in place on the building), at a cost of £400.
